Healthcare - Understands the type of data and interworking's of the Healthcare system.

Interoperability - Understand how these engines work (ensemble/Iris) - They could just research prior to interview.

Hl7 (CDA and Fhir) at least have some hands on experience here.

Kafka - Streaming

Splunk - (nice to have - use for alerting and mining).

Java background is nice here (maybe from a development background).
