Solutions Architect

Job Title: Solutions Architect Location: Charlotte, Minneapolis, Raleigh or Atlanta, must be willing to relocate! Top 3 requirements: a. Application or Solutions Architecture experience of at least 5+ years b. ServiceNow experience c. API, microservices, cloud (Azure preferred or google) List of applications needing to be assessed and moved to the cloud – modernization process Creating Roadmaps Refactoring or replatforming applications in azure • Deep technical and significant business expertise will be essential, as will be accomplished leadership in a matrixed environment of internal and external partners, and suppliers. • Strong solution architecture skills. Extensive experience in architecting SaaS solutions – integration, security, network, platform architecture. • Ability to support a significant transformation in the business technology platforms. • Practical knowledge related to Business Architecture principles. • A strong business orientation combined with strong IT technical skills. • Proven ability to manage complex vendor, supplier, and sub-contractor relationships. • Proven ability to complete projects and achieve results in an ambiguous work environment. • Proven strong negotiating and consensus building abilities. • Proven delivery application portfolios inclusive of SaaS technologies and on-prem solutions. • Preferred experience with leveraging an Enterprise Data Hub technology for system to system or platform to platform integrations. • Prefer: 3+ years’ experience with ServiceNow and / or HCM: Workday Background in and strong understanding of broad HR processes and systems architecture and data flow.
