About the role
Role: SQL Data Warehouse Developer Location: Onsite in CHARLOTTE, NC Duration: 10 Months Top Needs: The successful candidate will be an individual that can operate autonomously or with little direction in most essential duties responsibilities and take direction and feedback to successfully execute on custom processes and analysis. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and Implement Data Warehouse: Design and implement a robust reporting Data Warehouse on a SQL Server platform. Showcase expertise in working from wireframe to prototyping and full deployment of complex databases. Ability to create historic snapshots of data and create views, allowing end users to query, forming trends and meaningful insights into the business. Data Integration and Transformation: Execute data integration and transformation from various in-house and third-party sources. Expertise in integrating data from: Salesforce Data Blocks and Objects Third-party data via CSV reports or PDF conversions Microsoft Excel Geospatial data (ESRI / Arc/GIS) Support PowerBI Deployment: Contribute to the deployment of reporting and data visualization using PowerBI. Routine Reporting: Publish routine reports on tower usage, lease potential, and carrier trends for major US carriers and emerging players (e.g., WISPS). Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with Site Development, Real Estate, Operations, and Business Development personnel. Qualifications: Proven experience in developing and deploying complex databases. Expertise in data integration from various sources, including Salesforce, third-party reports, Excel, and geospatial data. Proficiency in deploying reporting and data visualization using PowerBI. Ability to operate autonomously in essential duties while being receptive to feedback and direction. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
