How does candidate fit into this? Will be maintaining 50-60 Apps they have currently (Some are no longer really used) and will be responsible for keeping the lights on while they switch to a new CRM (SF) They will need to have strong SQL Skills to move jobs in and out Dynamics Currently 10 people on the team but they are shifting their focus over to new CRM development Primarily responsibility is to maintain the legacy system – legacy systems will be reappraised or integrated in the next years. There is maintenance and enhancement work Data movement from system to system through ETL processes Product support and being a part of the scrum team to help the business do what is needed In the future they will be involved in a modernization where they are changing a lot of stuff so they will help perform some of the integration or help the system to perform the integrations Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like: Maintaining and trouble-shooting existing applications on the Dynamics CRM platform This will all be maintenance, will not be involved in new development Looking for front and backend SQL to be able to work with server integrations (SSIS packages) There is going to be a decent amount of SSIS and some SSRS and stored procedures, ETL (transformation type of work).
