About the role
Role: Informatica/SQL Developer Location: 100% Remote Duration: Six (6) months with possible follow-on engagements Minimum Qualifications/Certifications · 5+ years building ETL integrations using Informatica, SSIS, or other ETL tools · Informatica PowerCenter Integration Developer Certification or 7+ years of experience building ETL pipelines in Informatica · Informatica Data Quality Developer certification or 5+ years developing Data Quality · Informatica Master Data Management Developer certification or 2+ years developing MDM solutions in Informatica or other environments · 3+ years working in model-driven analytics projects · 3+ years working in CI/CD environment · 2+ years’ experience with Microsoft t-SQL · Experience with data warehouse design · Experience extracting data from various sources, including Flat Files, XML, and databases Anticipated Responsibilities: · Review and understand requirements as listed in the Backlog · Review and participate in the development of technical design documents and Data Model · Build MS-SQL Database tables and/or SSAS Cubes, including core attributes and relationships identified in Data Model · Build Informatica ETL processes transporting & transforming from source systems to Data Mart tables · Implement Business Rules to make requirements-based scripted changes to records or capture them for review by a business user · Implement Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for data pipelines · Log all changes in Azure DevOps backlog & Git repository · Coordinate with other remote teams to develop and deploy newly built ETL flows, and enhanced ETL flows to address bug fixes. · Communicate progress and blockers to the project manager and other remote team members · Participate in backlog refinement and request decomposition, including data discovery and data analysis · Participate in drafting specific test cases and evaluation criteria for finished Data Mart.
