Job Description : ORACLE Database Developer Technical expertise with database design, data models, data mining, normal form and developing relational database models. Expert in writing Oracle programs e.g. packages, stored proc, functions etc. to automate the index creation process or any other lengthy processes. Expertise in performance tuning , query logging and query plan. Expertise in previous DBA roles with heavy focus on performance tuning of oracle db queries, preferred oracle exadata. Strong planning, organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work as part of a project team which possesses a wide range of skills. Skills. Oracle , PL/SQL development, SQL developer, Toad , Data modeler, graph QL APIs, Oracle Exadata This resource will work on query tuning on the SQL queries using qraph QL APIs against our largest data sets. This is an iterative process that require close collaboration, testing, and validation in real time with our data architect, API developers, system DBAs, application teams etc. Another important part here is, TDSA is the global environment being used by multiple application , so any performance enhancement must be coordinated with existing downstream application to make sure it didn’t adversely impact them.
