About the role
Title: Sr Engineer Location: Remote Duration: 6 months + ONLY ON W2 Candidates must be experts in COBOL/Mainframe AND Java. MGIC is working on a modernization project so candidates should have experience modernizing cobol to java/ Experience providing ongoing support for COBOL/MF environment, providing analysis on MF jobs CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION. IF THEY CANNOT EXPLAIN PROJECTS/EXPERIENCE, THEY WILL NOT GET THE JOB. Project Overview: The client’s Application Portfolio contains legacy applications that may be candidates for investment in technology modernization or upgrade to optimize the ongoing business functionality.
