ONLY ON W2 Role :SR.Fullstack developer Location :Minnesota Duration :9 Months Required Skills : JavaScript JSF/JSP Java SQL AWS Must be local to Saint Paul, MN, 2 days per week hybrid Additional Skills : 70% front end 30% backend tech stack: JavaScript, JSP/JSF for front end, Java backend, SQL database, and AWS cloud Front End - Java (JSP/JSF) and JavaScript. - strong UI JavaScript skills and willing to work with older technology. Candidates focused on Angular and React will work here as well because the engine of that is JS but need to know they will not be using angular or react. BackEnd – General understanding of Java. They don’t know if they need to only call existing API’s or create the API’s AWS - Develop/Configure and Deploy. Cloud experience is required. AWS will win. Spring – preferred but can win without this as they are on an older tech. SQL Server environment - Modernizing SQL Server environment into Java and deploying to AWS. General understanding of SQL setup and converting it to Java. What you would do in this job: Develop and support high quality systems to support the Affinity Solutions market. This requires collaboration with business partners, external clients, other Enterprise Technology teams Develop and maintain Affinity Solutions business knowledge Perform analysis, design, development, testing, integration and implementation activities for new development and enhancements Provide ongoing support for business applications and respond to production needs Preferred candidate will have: Experience with Java web and Spring framework, REST services and SQL Server Ability to deliver exceptional customer service Qualifications: Experience developing with Java and Spring frameworks Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Experience using tools for code migration and deployment (GitHub), test driven development, continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), and agile development processes.
