What are the 3-5 things that equal a sub/start? 6+ years of experience or more, mid-senior level, using J2EE now Oracle SQL experience Cap Markets Experience (some need, some don't) Nice to have: Good communication, they'll be working with other teams What is the business / project need? All build software that help trading Manage 5-6 applications
