Role:Java Developer
Location:REMOTE Duration:9 Months
5+ years of Java Development - Most recently Version 1.8 Comfortable with 30% front end / 70% backend development Strong VS (Visual Studio) scripting experience MUST best strong with JQuery Primarily creating Restful Endpoints <-- heavy focus on this Excellent at creating stored procedures <-- heavy focus on this MUST be strong with fine tuning with JSON <-- strong focus on this
Resposnibilities: ·Full Agile development of web-based enterprise solutions utilizing Java EE. ·Develop and integrate solutions using various open-source architectures ·Collaborate with team to design new features and functionality ·Monitor progress against deliverables, employing effective risk and issue management strategies ·Develop and maintain effective working relationships with CMS stakeholders and other contractors
Required Skills: ·4+ years as a software engineer building multi-tier, enterprise web-based solutions using technologies/ frameworks such as Java EE, Spring, JBoss, Fuse, MQ, RDBMS, ORM, AWS, REST. ·2+ years in one or more technical disciplines (e.g. architecture, process re-engineering, development, verification) ·2+ years estimating, planning, and executing complex projects using Agile methodologies ·Building strong customer relationships through Agile team(s) and personal performance ·Exceptionally strong communication skills, verbal and written.
