Role:Sr Java Developer
Location:HYBRID (Minneapolis, MN on-site 3 days a week from Day 1) Duration:12 Months
Org: Java backend platform team supporting 16 different products Agile based team that utilizes platform CICD, Testing and database services They are on AWS Cloud Team is 60 resources; 60% off-shore, 40% onshore; roughly 50/50 split of FTE/CEs
Must Haves: Java 8. They are moving to Java 17 but do not require it They ask about multithreading, their approach, use case, and dig into the why in their interviews Spring Boot Containerization – docker or Kubernetes Junit Sql – basic AWS – nice to have
