Please go through below Job description and lf you are comfort/available for the position then respond with latest/updated resume to srinivas@wavsols.com or 630-397-0596/140 Role: Sr. Salesforce Developer Contract Duration: 6-9 month CTH (client is looking to convert contractors to full-time employees at the end of the contract) Job Location: Baltimore, MD (Remote until covid passes) RESPONSIBILITIES: • Administers complex configuration, integration, and maintenance of Salesforce • Makes system enhancements and modifications based on evolving business requirements • Manages data migrations between active systems • Ensures that Salesforce operates at all times; troubleshoots and problems solves system and/or technology issues for all areas of the program • Ensures data and systems are adequately safeguarded and backed up; systems operate in compliance with CMS IT Security regulations • Develops an understanding of strategic business needs and provides insight and recommendations to program leadership for technological solutions to meet business objectives • Leads and facilitates related continuous improvement initiatives and activities • Drives client objectives and goals to completion by leveraging strong collaborations across internal and external stakeholders • Works with client to provide Proof of Concept trails of new developers for evaluation, as necessary QUALIFICATIONS: Required Skills and Experience: • Education/Experience: Education/Experience: Must have Ph.D. with 10 years or MS/MBA with 12 years or BA/BS with 14 years or AA/AS with 16 years of progressive management experience, including supervisory and project management experience. • 3-5 years of administering Salesforce or other front/back office systems experience • 6+ years of Salesforce development experience • 1+ years of experience with Java and Python Scripting • 3-5 years of APEX development • Advanced computer skills and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs with an emphasis on Excel • Must have lived in the USA for 3 of the past 5 years Desired Skills and Experience: • Apex and Visualforce • Salesforce.com Developer and Administrator Certifications • Python fundamentals • Relational Databases (DML, SQL and/or SOQL, etc…) • Experience reading and writing and writing files in multiple formats including CSV, XML, and JSON • APIs and Web Service experience, including the Salesforce SOAP and REST APIs • JavaScript exposure • CSS exposure • HTML exposure • XHTML exposure • Java exposure • Automated Testing • Creating and maintaining documentation ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS: o Ability to understand and document customer business requirements. o Ability to engage and lead discussions and meetings; Understanding of team dynamics and working well within a team structure o Mastery of organizational and project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple initiatives/deadlines autonomously and shift priorities as necessary.
