About the role
Title: Sr. Salesforce Developer- Wave Location: Boston, MA Required Skills : SalesForce.com Lightning required Apex required Sales Cloud required Service Cloud required Financials Service cloud preferred Lightning Web Components preferred Senior Salesforce Engineer The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor’s in computer science or related major with 7+ years of CRM development experience Master’s in computer science or related major with 5+ years of CRM Development. Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Certified Salesforce Developer Experience with AWS and other cloud-based development methodologies preferred Knowledgeable in standard functions/ modules of Salesforce.com: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud Demonstrated experience with Force.com development platform Experience creating Lightning Apps combining Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder and Lightning Web Component features. Experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex Triggers, Classes, Callouts, SOQL, Workflow Rules, Approvals, Visual Flow, Process Builder and Platform events. Strong understanding of Salesforce design principles, technically scalable data modeling, Governor limits, Force.com development best practices. Demonstrated experience of full Software Development Life Cycle, DevOps, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Development. Demonstrated experience of Salesforce.com administration and end user security requirements Experience with large scale system implementation, integration, interfaces, and data conversion Experience in using efficient methodologies (e.g. Agile) and driving development platforms Proven experience in bridging the needs and pace across business and IT teams Excellent facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills Participate in client discussions during requirements gathering to provide suggestions on using tools and techniques to arrive at feasible and scalable solution. Seeing complex challenges from multiple perspectives and leaning in to solve independently or with others. You own the outcome by taking personal accountability for delivering strong results. Passion and intellectually curiosity to learn new technologies and business areas. Creating intuitive solutions to real world business problems. Excellent facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills, both through written and verbal channels. Notes : Candidates must be able to complete a 30-minute technical screen via video, preferably on the evening of 9/27. 9/28 will also work. SOW Note: Upon offer, client requires 5 years of W2s for US projects (where applicable) to validate consultant’s work history. It is required to show consultants W2 take home pay in the Exh A.
