Testing experience- test plans Job Description: • Review documents • Come up with a test plan • Execute on the test plan • Awareness around findings - call out any negative trends • Need Salesforce (SFDC) experience as an analyst & telco/cable/ISP industry exp. • Understand complex products/services for voice and data services (ethernet, cloud services, etc) • Leads system readiness testing team, review documentation for new projects and develop test plans based on that data. • New service code, service offers within SFDC platform, test across multiple applications (billers/sfdc) • Review, develop test plans, presentation skills, communication skills (verbal & written), ability to capture test data daily and communicate to larger audience.
