About the role
Role: Support/Data Analyst Vendor/Client: Apex/Federal Reserve Bank Location: 100% Remote Only 3 skills highlighted below: Intermediate SQL, Confluence documentation, and vulnerability background is nice to have • Querying data in the tool with SQL- write queries, understanding query syntax, modify queries in SQL - Intermediate SQL skills. Joining data from multiple tables, understand basic data structures - Lots of existing documentation to understand data. - Explaining data structures to customers - Access requests for the systems - Confluence wiki page they use for documentation. Ability to go out there and make tweaks or changes - Using excel quite a bit for data analysis - Common vulnerability/industry standard for vulnerability sources would be a nice to have. Requirements: • Managing master tool, including report creation, compliance and looking up vulnerability system standards. • Talking to customers to educate them on what the tool does • Triaging items in the tool. • Managing an inbox for general requests, triaging and answers. • Access requests • Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines. • Helping develop reports and analysis. • Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
