Role: System Administrator
Must be in Richmond, VA – on site everyday Long Term Contract * Needs to have 1-3 years’ experience with Windows Experience** Being willing to learn is almost more important than the skills. Want someone to be there long term. Growth opportunities. Gorgeous brand-new building, get to work alongside the JSOC with VSP. Supporting the monitoring of all roads in Central Virginia. The Traffic Operations Center (TOC) and JSOC (Joint Safety Operations Center) watches all roads, and coordinates all emergency services or maintenance services on them. The main room looks like something out of a movie, with a giant projects screen, huge monitors, etc. If someone is an AV geek, they will love it there. Configuration of Windows Servers Supporting a lot of remote folks, so need to be able to troubleshoot over the phone. Basic network connectivity stuff. Best,
