About the role
Senior level Systems Analyst Hybrid – working three days a week onsite at the Surry Power Station in Newport News, VA (local candidates or candidates within driving distance only) Multi-year contract Monday-Friday standard business hours Quick hits on what we need to find: Need a resource with experience working with technical and non-technical users, experience configuring, upgrading, and maintaining Windows/Linux servers, experience providing application support, and experience working within a SQL/Oracle database. This role will be responsible for owning application efforts - server installations, server upgrades, application support, backend database configuration, software installs, etc.
- Software functional specification documentation
- Software testing
- Communications skills, verbal and written.
- Nuclear Power Plant experience preferred but not required.
