System Analyst

Job Title: PeopleSoft Systems Analyst Location: Fully Remote - need to work EST hours Responsibilities: Support PeopleSoft Financials Analyze business requirements to independently convert them into detailed system requirements and functional specifications Review technical designs to ensure accurate and complete translation of business requirements Develop test cases to fully test requirements Execute and evaluate test results and resolve defects Develop accurate functional and technical work estimates Prioritize assignments and working independently to ensure work is completed on schedule, within budget, and meets customer expectations Analyzing business requirements independently to be able to propose solutions, identify impacts, risks and issues, and work with technical and business staff to implement proposed solutions Work closely with the business partner and IT partners Establish and maintain strong functional relationships with business partners and stakeholders Identify and recommend new technology solutions Requirements: 5+ years of extensive experience with all PeopleSoft Financials modules gathering requirements from the business and translating those into functional documentation. 5+ years of experience using PeopleTools, PeopleSoft Test Framework, and PS query. Bachelor’s degree with at least 5+ years of directly related work experience working with PeopleSoft Financials. Experience creating, executing, and validating test cases for the system enhancements as part of scheduled releases.
