About the role
Role:System Engineer
Location:Remote Duration:12+ months
Must hhaves: Platform Engineering Experience, Building out Linux Environments, SRE OR PLATFORM ENGINEER,
Required Skills: • Solid experience with infrastructure, Linux OS, and application troubleshooting • Working knowledge of Linux OS internals, installation, maintenance, system configuration, performance tuning, monitoring • Experience with Kubernetes cluster architecture, installation and configuration, networking and storage on varied infrastructure platforms • Good understanding of infra-as-a-code, configuration management and automation (e.g., puppet, terraform, ansible) • Experience with container related technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, Nomad) and distributed, HA system design in public cloud and on-prem
SC Notes: • Platform team – manage and maintain private cloud platform • Systems Engineer build host environment • Troubleshoot and resolve issues • 5+ years experience
