• IT Systems Integration Specialist Summary: The IT Systems Integration Specialist is responsible for configuring and integrating various systems within the organization. This role involves participating in full-time configuration processes, mapping and testing interfaced files, and documenting configuration and integration frameworks. The specialist will manage manual interface uploads, establish new interface processes, support SSO configuration, and handle Zebra printer/scanner warranties. They will also aid in re-configuration tasks, report generation, and documentation. The role requires strong technical skills in API/EDI configuration, XML/JSON schema design, endpoint/Android device management, and excellent communication and technical writing abilities.

• Enterprise Systems Administrator Summary: The Enterprise Systems Administrator oversees the administration and support of the organization's enterprise systems. This role involves full-time participation in system configuration, managing integration tasks, and documenting integration frameworks. The administrator will be responsible for manual interface uploads, establishing standardized processes, and managing API/EDI integrations. They will support SSO configurations and handle mobile device warranties. Additionally, the role includes supporting system re-configurations, report generation, and creating process documentation. Required skills include API/EDI configuration, XML/JSON schema design, endpoint/Android device management, and strong communication and technical writing capabilities. The administrator will work closely with the ERP team and other stakeholders.

• Here is the wish list for this role: During the implementation window, this person would: o Participate full-time during the configuration process. We are a little late on this now as we are in week two of four, but this month is 40 hours a week for four straight weeks of configuring every setting in the system through the config portal. This is the same method by which user access will be given or revoked, security profiles will be set, new item numbers will be added, etc. so without a system admin in place, my team and I will need to own this indefinitely. o Perform the interface mapping exercise and unit test interfaced files. Right now, our plan is to use Oracle’s flat file specs as our SCALE-accepted format but that means 1) mapping every column on the specs to applicable fields in SCALE, 2) manually creating test tab-delimited files, 3) uploading them in the Azure Storage blob, and 4) unit testing the outcome. To date, I have been doing these tasks, but this is not my area of expertise. o Document the configuration and integration frameworks for future projects. o Own the SOTI side project. Though SOTI is pre-staging the new devices for us, our existing devices will need to be configured and we will need a technical resource on our side to not only work with the SOTI team but to scale-up/sustain our build for all scanners (and likely mobile printers). o We will continue to see Cloud Services information requests (support guidelines, basic + detailed printer list, network questionnaires, etc) throughout this process. • Full-time work o Own existing manual interface upload and diagnosing errors – right now, I believe Alyssa does this for TPCI orders in Veracore, Rich Wells does it for Grifols serial numbers, Robert Rosado builds a number of sales order files to upload, etc. While my team and I will have knowledge of the process, one person could champion it o Establish new interface/manual entry processes – one example of this is item numbers. Right now, we have multiple parties in fulfillment, production, and client services tasked with manual entering new item numbers. These users will not be granted config-level access to do this in SCALE, forcing us to consolidate the responsibility with one user and fortunately standardizing the item master. o Manage integrations – right now, Thomas Poole (card collation engineer) is monitoring the Konami integration in SPS and Designhammer is overseeing Grifols and Ironshore APIs + scripts. There is no API/EDI expert at MPG to support these processes and we will ideally expand our integrations in SCALE by 10x. o Supporting SSO configuration – fulfillment can be high turnover and we will more users who need WMS access than ever before because of expanded functionality. Part of that setup occurs in SCALE’s config portal. o Supporting Zebra printer/scanner warranties – all warehouse mobile devices come with a three-year protection plan where damaged devices can be replaced rapidly. While this equipment is rugged, we will double out scanner usage and add mobile printers. We will naturally see a corresponding increase in damages, especially with SOTI’s diagnostic features. o Re-configuration – even after a frenzied go-live period, there will be large reconfigurations this person can help support. New warehouse layouts like Hoover, Mebane’s additional space, future production buildings will all need locations, building specific workflows, allocation rules, etc. o Report generation – my team drives a lot of the WMS report creation, but this resource could aid us with creation, revisions, etc. o Documentation – We are still struggling to understand SPS Commerce’s scope because our current integrations framework was unmapped. We could also use more general process documentation to refer to for future integrations projects. • Long-term projects o Having a resource in place with the skillset described above will be key when a future integrations partner is hired and we need a technical resource to support API configuration across more clients and more processes. o Having a knowledgeable resource in place for a future ERP implementation would be crucial o There is always a potential for Greensboro or MPG Europe to migrate to Manhattan and a technical resource like this would be a strong counterpart for Jonathan Hand.

We’d be looking for: • Strong technical experience configuring API/EDI and designing XML/JSON schemas • Experience with SSO • Experience with Endpoint/Android Device Management • Strong communication skills (working with ERP team, Mulesoft/SPS, etc.) • Technical writing skills • Optional: help desk experience • Should work at least part-time out of Centerpoint throughout implementation
