SYSTEM/SOLUTION ARCHITECT

Role: System/solution Architect Location: 3 days a week in Chandler, Arizona (2 days work from home) – Dallas, TX is a backup location but top choices will be in Phoenix/relo to Phoenix Duration: 12 month + Contract to HIRE Qualifications (majority, not all required): Start date expectation: December-January pending background checks/approvals/holidays Requirements: 1. Systems Architecture experience – 5+ years minimum, anyone with PAYMENTS experience would be a home run! 2. Java/.NET based architecture and coding backgrounf – they’ll want to know about what coding experience you have with either of these, if you don’t have much coding experience, I would be prepared to speak to in depth Java/.NET based projects you have worked on and your knowledge on them. 3. Domain and Systems integrations experience 4. Security background – this will be dealing with various applications from all over the bank & from vendors that are secure 5. AWS/Azure Cloud experience 6. Strong documentation – the team is working to hire some tech writers, but you will be expected to be able to document and organize all of your own designs Job Description: This team recently acquired a new POS system and will be integrating/implementing this system throughout the bank. Provide the Consumer and Small Business solutions architecture team with proven innovative solutions within the Payment and Merchant Technology space. Deliver Omni-channel solutions within across traditional payment networks and trending payment networks including virtual wallets and merchant services. Participates in design and creation of architecture deliverables to meet business requirements; including impacted components, integration patterns, and performance optimization, and infrastructure capacity. Determine the technical and operational feasibility of solutions. May lead multiple projects with competing deadlines. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource; provides tech knowledge and capabilities as team member and individual contributor.
