Just a reminder that we have interview times for this Wednesday! This position can sit 100% remote, but the candidate must work east coast hours. They are potentially looking to extend this person after 8 weeks if they do well! Here are a few points to confirm:
Requirements
• We are really looking for Systems Programmers v Application Programmers/developers. Please ask your candidate which they consider themselves. The candidates I have spoken with are either one or the other. • They also MUST be proficient with CICS. It can’t be part of their job, we are looking for someone that CICS was their job ie not a DB2 OR Mainframe OR zOS person. • They need to have recent experience and be able to hit the ground running. This assignment could potentially end after 8 weeks, so they can’t spend time ramping this person up. They need to be a SME.
