Systems Testers

Role- Systems Testers Duration- 12 Months Location- Remote Required Skills : Healthcare / Clinical Claims / UAT Testing Experience in developing and documenting test scenarios, test cases for manual and UAT. Ability to generate new test cases, test data sets, and prioritize test cases. Experience collaborating with Developers/Technical Teams to communicate test findings, test failures, and contribute to their resolution. Project Overview: Implementation of a new homegrown Benefits Administration System and sunsetting their legacy platform. Currently in the process of migrating data from legacy and loading into new data sources and onboarding clients. Client consist of 3 groups: individual employer participants, plan sponsors (day to day contacts, more inquiry more validation claims and appeals); internal customer service teams. Their testing need is around User Acceptance Testing and Manual Testing of the new system per client requirements and specifications. Must Have Skills: Primarily responsible for manual and acceptance testing surrounding onboarding their new clients to the new platform Will be processing transactions on the system manually, no automation components Responsible for building test plans, test cases, test execution Documentation of test cases and any test failures and defects: if a test case does fail, responsible for working with Engineering teams to remediate the issue--identifying whether it's a configuration issue, test case issues, etc. Notes to Screener: Please dive in on candidates experience in developing and documenting test scenarios, test cases for manual and UAT.
