About the role
Role: Tableau Server Administrator Location: 100%Remote Duration: 6 Months + (will likely be extended for foreseeable future) Day to Day Task • Tableau Administrator will created and maintain a backup plan for data that includes storing backup’s offsite to protect against natural disasters or human error. • Tableau Administrator will manage user permissions to ensure that only authorized individuals have access to sensitive data. • Tableau Administrator will perform regular maintenance on servers to ensure optimal performance. • Will be responsible for monitoring network activity to ensure that no unauthorized access has been gained to company data. • Tableau Administrator will perform regular backups of data to prevent loss due to system failure or human error. • Providing support for IT issues that are re lated to Tableau software, such as installing updates or troubleshooting problems. • Partner with development teams to ensure that new features or integrations are compatible with existing infrastructure. • Perform regular maintenance on workstations to ensure optimal performance.
