About the role
Job Title :Technical Systems Analyst Duration: 6 Months Location:100% remote
Required Skills : • Previous Santander exp is a HUGE plus (must have commercial bank exp) • 5+ years banking experience • Expertise in commercial banking and treasury services - payables, receivables and liquidity products including but not limited to - integrated payables, card products, remote deposit capture, mobile deposit, ERPs Quickbooks and Sage, sweep products, positive pay, etc. • Experience with Service Now, Jira and Confluence. • Communication protocols like SFTP and Connect Direct
Overview: Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues. Responsible for change management activities for assigned applications including change submission, PRE/PRO validations, coordination with vendor and internal teams. Manage backlog of requests and incidents for assigned applications.

Nice to Haves: Bilingual Spanish English language Significant commercial banking and treasury services experience
