About the role
We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer responsible for Testing, including anything from back-end services to their client-end counterparts. Primary responsibilities will be to design test scripts and execute on applications under test. To coordinate with the rest of the team. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential. Technical Skills: ·Hands on experience in Cucumber with REST Assured ·Hands on with Lean FT / Selenium for UI testing. ·Good knowledge on Java programming and OOPS concept. ·Good knowledge on TDD/BDD, Agile basics ·Hands on experience in RESTful API Services Testing ·Manual Testing and database knowledge ·Experience in writing user defined functions, error handling, basic SQL
Good to have skills: Any performance testing tools, Knowledge in GIT and Jenkins SAFe Agile basics Process Skills: ·Capable of analyzing requirements and execute the project as per project defined software process ·Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge. Behavioral Skills: ·Effectively collaborates and communicates wit ·Knowledge of all aspects of the software engineering process ·Experience in a wide variety of testing efforts, techniques and tools ·People skills, especially diplomacy and advocacy skills.
