UAT FUNCTIONAL LEAD

ROLE- Lead Salesforce (UAT) User Acceptance Tester position

Location- 100% Remote DURATION:12+ MONTHS

Summary: We are seeking an experienced UAT Functional Lead to play a pivotal role in our large-scale Salesforce Consolidation program, particularly during the critical transition from Salesforce Classic to Lightning. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in UAT and QA, ensuring meticulous planning, execution, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UAT phase for Salesforce Consolidation, with a focus on migrating from Salesforce Classic to Lightning. - Develop and manage a comprehensive UAT test plan, aligning it with project objectives and obtaining signoff from leadership. - Document the UAT approach, considering the nuances of the consolidation and migration process. - Gather and manage setup requirements for UAT, ensuring a thorough understanding of the Salesforce environment. - Oversee a team of UAT testers, providing leadership and guidance throughout the testing process. - Create and maintain a central repository for UAT documents, scripts, and materials. - Demonstrate a proven ability to craft detailed test plans and test cases tailored to the Salesforce ecosystem. - Leverage strong knowledge of testing tools, methodologies, and best practices for effective testing. - Manage defect tracking and resolution processes to ensure a streamlined UAT phase.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UAT and QA roles, demonstrating a deep understanding of testing principles. - Proven experience in leading the UAT phase of Salesforce Consolidation projects, particularly involving migrations from Classic to Lightning. - Strong expertise in developing and managing comprehensive UAT test plans. - Excellent communication skills to pitch and obtain signoff for UAT plans from leadership. - Ability to document UAT approaches and gather setup requirements for testing purposes. - Leadership experience in guiding and managing a team of UAT testers. - Demonstrated ability to create detailed test plans and test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of Salesforce functionalities. - Proficiency in testing tools, methodologies, and best practices relevant to the Salesforce ecosystem. - Experience in defect tracking and management, ensuring a proactive approach to issue resolution.
