Notes from conversation w/ Manager: Candidate must have hands on experience with UKG AND Boomi The certifications for either are not enough CE should understand the data flow within UKG Current struggle: the interfaces can be developed but there isn’t enough expertise on the team with UKG specifically to interpret the data and how it works Should be able to build interfaces from scratch… not just maintain existing ones Include detailed notes on the above experience with sub please
