Role: Unix Developer
Client: FIS Duration:6+ Months 100% REMOTE
W2 Only
We are hiring Sr Developer- Core ( Core refers to any development related to the “CORE” GlobalPlus applications (Languages - C,PL1,Fortran) in AIX).
Person handling this position would be responsible for Analysis and development of business logic/software as per client’s requirements.
• Experience in working on Unix platform (IBM AIX) • Hands – on experience in scripting (Shell and/or Perl) • Should have clear understanding of Database relationships. • Good Problem solving and analytical skills • Should have ability to write specifications document • Excellent troubleshooting skills • Knowledge of C would be added advantage. • Functional/Domain knowledge in finance/banking domain would be added advantage. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Should be a team player and flexible enough to switch to different technologies based on the project demand
