About the role
Role: Web Server Admin and PowerBI Support
Duration: Lansing, MI 48933 Long Term: 1 year contract
W2 Only. During COVID it’s REMOTE
Additional notes:
• Primary skill is JBoss since they have a lot of Java software. • Tomcat is the other skillset they are looking for. • Powershell or any other standard skill for a Web Admin is required
Power BI is not required
• -JBoss Enterprise Application Platform administration • -Tomcat administration • -Tidal Scheduler administration • -Open test output transformation services • -PowerShell or similar scripting/ automation • -System administration (Windows/Linux OS) • -IIS Webserver Administration • -Configuration / Change and Release Management • -Unisys Mainframe related service administration-Databridge, URSA, BLSource, Code Deployments etc.
This DevOps/TFS Administrator position supports the Department of Treasury's on-premise Azure DevOps services, project, and system support configuration management. This position will work with the system development team to deploy software changes for mission critical Treasury systems. This position performs systematic control of changes to the identified attributes for the purpose of maintaining software integrity and traceability throughout the software development life cycle.
