About the role
Title : Windows System Admin Location: Remote Duration: 6 Plus Months Visa : USC, GC , GC EAD, H4 EAD Contract : on W2 and C2C Job Description : Manages task-based queue or work completed tickets in the order which received and/or based on criticality. • Provides hands on support for installations and troubleshooting infrastructure issues. • Assists team with designing and implementing new solutions. • Maintains documentation. • Administers onsite and remote assistance as needed. • Participates in planning, daily stand-ups, backlogs sessions. • Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned. Windows Active Directory and Security Knowledge Experience with VDI and/or Citrix and/or other remote access methods Experience with supporting Microsoft SQL Server on Windows Monitoring and periodic testing of data center operations, antivirus, and backup systems
