Role: Workday Business Systems Analyst, Location: 100% Remote Duration: 12+ Months, Report To Required Skills: Workday HCM Gathering Requirements Business Analyst This person will be supporting operations and communicating with stakeholders in Asia and must work Asia business hours. We're only look for candidates that can work these hours. Basic QualificationsAdditional SkillsJob DescriptionClient is currently seeking Workday Business Analyst candidates to join the team at one of our largest clients. These Workday Analysts will work with HR Directors and others to improve existing integrations as well as support an initiative to implement Workday globally. If you have experience with international Workday configuration and this sounds like your next opportunity. Essential DutiesResponsible for the configuration, enhancement, maintenance and testing of the Workday system.Analyze and improve existing integrationsGather requirements and translate them into a tech spec for the business to review and work with the project manager to get approvalAssists with implementation and maintenance of Workday configurations for various modules.Lead the research, development, testing and training of new enhancements or featuresIdentifies areas to improve and enhance the Workday setup. Skills & Experience: 3 or more years of configuration experience with Workday1 or more years of configuration experience with configurable SaaS platforms, preferably WorkdayShiftThis role is a part of a global Workday implementation project and will require the candidate to often work according to the working hours of the Stakeholders they are supporting.
