Job Description: Go Anywhere / Workday Developer (with Fortra Experience) Remote Position

📌 Position Overview We are seeking a versatile Workday Developer with strong expertise in Fortra (GoAnywhere MFT) to design, build, and maintain secure integrations across HR, Finance, and enterprise systems. This role requires a hands-on developer who thrives in dynamic environments, ensuring seamless data flows, compliance, and operational excellence.

🎯 Key Responsibilities • Integration Development o Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Core Connectors, EIBs, Studio, and Workday APIs. o Build and manage secure file transfers and automation workflows using Fortra GoAnywhere MFT. o Ensure integrations meet compliance, security, and performance standards. • System Enhancements o Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. o Optimize existing integrations for scalability, reliability, and efficiency. o Support Workday HCM modules (Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Time Tracking, etc.) with custom solutions. • Operational Excellence • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution. • Document technical designs, workflows, and SOPs for ongoing support. • Partner with cross-functional teams to align integration strategies with business goals. 🛠️ Required Skills & Experience • Workday Development o Strong proficiency in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and Workday Web Services. o Experience with Workday HCM modules and business process configuration. • Fortra / GoAnywhere o Hands-on experience with GoAnywhere MFT for secure file transfers, automation, and scheduling. o Knowledge of scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or Shell) for workflow automation. • Technical Expertise • Proficiency in XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, and data transformation. • Familiarity with SQL and relational databases for reporting and integration support. • Strong understanding of data security, compliance, and encryption standards. ✅ Preferred Qualifications • Experience in Finance/HR system integrations (SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms). • Background in compliance-heavy environments (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA). • Strong problem-solving and communication skills with ability to work across global teams.
