Workday functional consultant

Role- Workday functional consultant Duration- 6 Months Location- Onsite in San Antonio (remote possible) Description: Functional Consultants for both of these roles. 1 is Functional Consultant with a wide breadth of HCM module experience and 1 is for a Functional Consultant focused in the Payroll module. Both will be responsible for: Working with the business to gather and clarify requirements Presenting solution designs and steering the business towards best practices Configuring the functional modules (Varies, depending on the role) Troubleshooting and resolving issues as part of Tier 2/3 support Implementing Workday Recruiting and Onboarding with Phenom Time Administration Core HR Payroll Absence Administration Benefit Administration Advanced Compensation Talent Management Learning and Development, Extended Enterprise Workday Help and Knowledge (ticketing system) Prism Analytics Workday Extend Requirements Workday HCM module/tools experience based on which opening Duties Basically everything other than Integrations development Workday HCM Support System Administration User Administration Gather and clarify requirements Functional Configuration Security Integrations (modify and monitor) EIB Core Connectors PICOF Reporting for internal customers Prism BIRT Knowledge Transfer -- ---- Thanks & Regards, Tejash - Technical Recruiter Thought wave Software and Solutions 314 N.
