About the role
JOB DESCRIPTION Qualifications (Must Have's):
Previous Workday implementation and conversion from PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 preferred. The cotractor should possess strong knowledge of Workday, with experience configuring and supporting one or more of the following functional areas - core HCM, Time and Absence, Comp including Advanced Comp, US and Global Payroll. 5+ HCM solution architect consulting experience implementing or supporting Workday, specifically core HCM, Time and Absence, Comp including Advanced Comp, Payroll. Previous PeopleSoft experience extremely beneficial, preferably V9.2. Strong solution consulting and communication skills Project management, strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work well with business subject matter experts and technical resources to deliver work on time according to project schedule. Knowledge of system capabilities, usually acquired through formal training or experience, is required to assess automation and configuration possibilities Organizational skills are required to develop and monitor project plans as well as organize time/juggle competing priorities effectively Ability to work under tight deadlines, handling multiple assignments simultaneously is essential
Tasks & Responsibilities
Will serve in a leading technical role to drive design of HR modules. Will be responsible for functional and technical guidance and consulting throughout the lifecycle of the project, including design, data conversion, security, testing and implementation. Will research and evaluate options, recommend alternative solutions, impacts and prioritize deliverables. Will work with HR business SMEs to translate business requirements into system designs, as well as system developers on integration and other technical design considerations.
