Location: Fully Remote Role: People Tech Integration Specialist(Workday Integrations) Required Skills: Expertise in Workday Integrations, Expertise in Workday HR Modules, Workday Studio, strong knowledge of API’s, Soft Skills: Communication, Capable of getting requirements and taking ownership Contract Length: 6 Months w/ continuous extensions Your day to day: Support our People team’s Integration and reporting needs Work alongside our functional analysts on the team as an Integrations subject matter expert to support projects and enhancements related to our people technology stack Work on new vendor integrations supporting both our HR and Recruiting tools Provide ongoing development support to People team, including maintenance and enhancement of existing integrations and reports Design and architect end to end integration solutions along with creating and maintaining technical design documentations with detailed specifications Work cross functionally with our internal IT and Engineering teams on integrating systems within Instacart's landscap Work on automations using our middleware tools Support our audits, security, and system access for integrations across our people tech stack You have: We rely on our values to guide our decisions: Solve for the Customer, Every Minute Counts, This is Your Baby, Go Far, Together and Of Course, But Maybe. What does this mean for your role? We are looking for someone who has: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent work experience 5+ years of Workday systems integration experience Demonstrated HR Technical knowledge: Workday studio, Core Connector + DT, PECI Integrations, API’s (REST, SOAP), XSLT, EIB, BIRT, Advance and composite reports Experience in developing and supporting integrations related to HR, Recruiting, Benefits and Payroll. Ability to work and support with cross-funtional projects Ability to communicate effectively within the organization Working knowledge of HR and Recruiting systems
