SAP SuccessFactors ECP & Time Tracking Lead Consultant Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Pune / Mumbai / New Delhi Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite Relevant Experience: 68 Years Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred About the Role We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) & Time Tracking Lead Consultant to lead enterprise payroll and time management implementations, rollouts, support engagements, and transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP ECP, SuccessFactors Time Tracking, S/4HANA Payroll, EC-to-ECP integration, payroll operations, and global payroll environments, with exposure to Middle East and India payroll. Key Responsibilities ECP & Time Tracking Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors ECP and Time Tracking implementations, rollouts, and support. Design payroll and time management solutions based on business requirements. Configure and support Time Tracking, Timesheets, Time Valuation, Time Recording Profiles, Absence Management, Overtime Processing, and Time Collectors. Support SAP S/4HANA Payroll implementations and payroll transformation programs. Work with SuccessFactors Employee Central and downstream payroll processes. Payroll Implementation & Operations Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and hypercare. Support payroll processing, off-cycle payroll, retroactive accounting, and payroll corrections. Support payroll posting from ECP to ECC FI and/or S/4HANA Finance. Handle payroll processes across multiple geographies, particularly Middle East and India. Support Payroll Control Center (PCC) operations. Integration Work with: Point-to-Point (PTP) integrations Business Integration Builder (BIB) EC-to-ECP replication Time Tracking-to-Payroll integration Payroll posting integrations HRIS, Benefits, Finance, and third-party payroll integrations Troubleshoot replication and integration issues and ensure data consistency. Testing & Quality Lead Unit Testing, SIT, Regression Testing, and UAT. Prepare test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts. Coordinate end-user testing and ensure payroll quality standards. Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead client workshops, requirement sessions, solution demonstrations, and design discussions. Interact with senior client stakeholders and executive leadership. Mentor and coach junior consultants. Manage project risks, issues, scope, timelines, and delivery commitments. Governance & Continuous Improvement Establish payroll and time management standards and governance. Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation. Drive operational excellence, SLA adherence, and continuous improvement. Required Skills Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). Strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Time Tracking. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Payroll. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central knowledge. Experience with EC-to-ECP replication. PTP and BIB integration experience. Payroll Posting to ECC FI / S/4HANA Finance. Payroll Control Center (PCC). Time Management and Absence Management. Off-cycle and ad-hoc payroll processing. Payroll audits and production support. Experience with Middle East and India payroll. Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Mandatory Qualifications SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Certification Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, HR, Business Administration, or related discipline. Minimum 4 end-to-end payroll implementations. At least 3 SAP Payroll support projects. At least 2 payroll project audits. Willingness to travel based on project requirements. Preferred Experience 14+ years of overall SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience. 7+ years of payroll domain experience. Middle East payroll implementation experience. India payroll implementation experience. Strong experience with global payroll operations. Experience leading SAP payroll transformation programs. .
