As a Snowflake Data Engineer in the Data & Analytics team, your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and integrations. - Writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex SQL queries and stored procedures. - Supporting business-critical applications by resolving incidents within SLA timelines. - Communicating effectively with business users and stakeholders regarding issue impact, root cause, and resolution. - Following ITSM Incident Management and Change Management processes. - Gathering business requirements and creating functional requirement documentation. - Performing manual unit testing and integration testing for new enhancements. - Ensuring compliance with SOX and organizational governance standards. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments. - Participating in rotational support shifts, including night shifts when required. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech). - 57+ years of experience in Data Integration and Data Warehousing. - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake. - Strong expertise in SQL scripting and Stored Procedures. - Good understanding of Data Modeling and Data Warehousing concepts. - Experience supporting production environments and managing incidents. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred qualifications include experience with SnapLogic, IBM DataStage, SSIS, or Talend, knowledge of cloud-based data integration platforms, experience working directly with business stakeholders and clients, and familiarity with Agile methodologies and change request management processes.
