Department -Technology - Experience -2-5 years - Joining -Immediate - Salary -Market standards - No. of positions -1 - Work Location -New Delhi, Saket - Working Hours -10:00am - 06:30pm - Working Days -5 Days Roles and Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and ensure compliance with quality standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and QA peers, to ensure effective communication and coordination. - Demonstrate autonomy in task execution, taking ownership of deliverables. - Analyse and resolve complex issues promptly, documenting and communicating findings. - Identify, document, and monitor software defects using issue tracking systems. - Adapt smoothly to change and switch gears as needed. - Keep abreast of emerging trends and best practices in manual and automated testing methodologies. - Contribute to the continuous enhancement of QA processes and procedures. - Perform both manual and automated testing as required. - Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to uphold software product quality and reliability. Requirements & Skills: - 2-5 years of experience as a QA Engineer. - Proficiency in manual testing; automation experience is advantageous. - Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. - Familiarity with API testing and tools like Postman. - Experience using defect tracking tools such as JIRA. - Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. - Solid communication and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to deliver projects punctually with high quality. - Self-motivated and confident, with a collaborative demeanour and the capacity to articulate questions effectively. - Ability to comprehend complex programs and environments rapidly. - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes.
