System Analyst - Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at Thryve Digital Health LLP, you will be playing a key role in supporting analytical aspects of the application product life cycle. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with customers to understand capability needs, gather project specifications, and create business cases and cost sheet analysis - Translating high-level business needs into detailed requirements for new capabilities and analyzing data for process improvements - Creating and executing test cases, providing root cause analysis, and ensuring quality delivery - Identifying, documenting, and resolving risks, defects, and issues - Analyzing market trends for competitive insight and correlating them into business value statements - Mentoring Associate and Intermediate Business Systems Analysts - Leading project teams or participating as a subject matter expert on moderately complex projects You will also be required to: - Take a lead role in capturing capability needs and driving quality business solutions on complex issues - Create and maintain deliverables such as business vision, requirements, testing plan, testing schedule, and user interface design - Participate in the full software development life cycle by actively taking a lead role on agile scrum teams - Provide required business and/or subject matter expertise for project and production-related activities - Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle - Interface with various stakeholders to drive value, return on investments, and innovative solutions - Support various aspects of requirements testing to minimize production defects and analyze results tying back to customer impacts - Communicate effectively with team members, customers, partners, and management - Provide thought leadership and strategic direction in Product and Technology Solutions Qualifications: - Any Bachelors Degree, MBA is an added advantage Experience: - At least 3 years in the Health Insurance Industry - Client interaction experience - Experience in translating Business requirements to Tech team - Familiarity with basic scripting, Unix/Linux - Experience working in X12, HIPAA 5010 transaction, and non-standard file formats - Knowledge of encryption/decryption methods For more information about Thryve Digital Health LLP, please visit their website.
