AWS/Azure Cloud Operations

About the internship: We are looking for a Cloud Operations Intern to support the cloud infrastructure monitoring team. You will gain hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, Linux servers, cloud monitoring tools, and managed cloud operations while working under the guidance of senior cloud engineers. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Monitor AWS cloud infrastructure alerts during the day shift using AWS CloudWatch, Zabbix, Site24x7, and internal monitoring dashboards. 2. Check the basic health of AWS EC2 instances, including availability, CPU, memory, disk usage, uptime, connectivity, and service status. 3. Perform L1 troubleshooting as per defined SOPs, including ping, SSH, RDP checks, disk space verification, basic log review, and service status checks under supervision. 4. Report high resource utilization, downtime alerts, repeated warnings, or unusual cloud activity to senior cloud engineers. 5. Create clear incident updates with screenshots, timestamps, affected resource details, alert summaries, and troubleshooting steps performed. 6. Escalate unresolved or critical issues to senior engineers with proper context and priority. 7. Assist in basic Azure VM monitoring and L1 health checks whenever required. 8. Prepare daily monitoring reports, shift handover notes, and status updates for the cloud operations team. 9. Follow company security, access control, documentation, and client support processes. 10. Learn and support cloud operations related to AWS, Azure, Linux servers, monitoring, managed services, DevOps, and internal automation under senior guidance. Are disciplined, punctual, serious about learning, and committed to building a long-term career in cloud operations, DevOps, managed services, and cloud infrastructure support. 4. Can join immediately or within 7 days from 5th July 2026 (preferred). 5. Are available for a full-time, in-office internship in Mumbai.
