Business Intelligence Analyst Fintech Job Title : Business Intelligence Analyst Fintech Location : Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore Experience : 1-3 Role Summary: Transform raw data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across operations, product, and customer success teams. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain BI dashboards and automated reports. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across fintech products. - Work with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting needs. - Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance. Qualifications: - 25 years in business intelligence or data analytics. - Robust skills in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau). - Understanding of fintech metrics like CAC, LTV, transaction volume, etc. - Ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
