Cloud Operations Engineer (Telangana)

About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and skilled Cloud Operations Engineer to join our growing IT/Cloud Infrastructure team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and optimizing our cloud environments to ensure high availability, scalability, performance, and security. Youll work closely with development, DevOps, and security teams to maintain seamless cloud operations across various platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy, manage, and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) - Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. - Monitor system performance, usage, and health; respond to incidents and outages. - Ensure cloud infrastructure adheres to security, compliance, and best practices. - Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Engineering teams to optimize cloud solutions. - Manage backup, disaster recovery, and failover procedures. - Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates. - Maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and processes. - Participate in on-call rotation and respond to critical issues as needed. - Analyze system logs and identify potential issues or bottlenecks. - Continuously improve cloud efficiency and cost optimization. Preferred Skills: - Cloud certifications (AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Azure Administrator Associate, etc.). - Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or other container technologies. - Knowledge of ITIL or other IT operations frameworks. - Experience in cost management and cloud budgeting. - Familiarity with logging systems like ELK, Splunk, or Fluentd. - Exposure to DevSecOps practices and compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
