As a Product Manager at Impacteers, you will be responsible for owning product discovery, requirement gathering, solution framing, and execution for assigned product areas. You will play a key role in translating business problems, user needs, and stakeholder inputs into clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product flows. Your collaboration with design will ensure the creation of intuitive user journeys, wireframes, and product experiences. Additionally, you will work closely with engineering and QA to ensure that requirements are clear, feasible, testable, and delivered as intended. Your responsibilities will include prioritizing product features based on business impact, user value, technical feasibility, and urgency. You will define product success metrics and track adoption, usage, conversion, retention, quality, and operational outcomes. Conducting user research, stakeholder interviews, competitor benchmarking, and product analysis will be part of your role where required. Managing the product backlog, sprint priorities, release scope, and delivery timelines will also be crucial. Furthermore, you will identify edge cases, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs before development begins. Supporting release planning, UAT, go-live readiness, and post-release feedback loops will be essential for successful product launches. You will work with AI-enabled product features including scoring, recommendations, automation, conversational flows, analysis engines, and decision-support systems. Communication of product decisions clearly to leadership, engineering, design, QA, and business teams will be a key aspect of your role. Lastly, you will drive continuous product improvement through data, feedback, experimentation, and structured retrospectives. Your structured problem-solving ability, user empathy, and execution discipline will be vital in translating ambiguous business problems into clear product requirements and ensuring the development of AI-powered career, hiring, and workforce products that are useful, scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals.
