Web3 Specialist (Telangana)

About the Role: We are seeking a Web3 Specialist to drive the adoption and implementation of decentralized technologies across our products and services. You will work on blockchain-based applications, smart contracts, decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, and DAOs, ensuring innovative, secure, and scalable Web3 solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy Web3 solutions, including DApps, smart contracts, and decentralized protocols. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate blockchain functionalities into existing and new applications. - Conduct research on emerging Web3 trends, platforms, and technologies. - Evaluate and implement DeFi protocols, NFT standards, and DAO frameworks. - Ensure security, scalability, and performance of decentralized applications. - Assist in defining tokenomics, governance models, and incentive structures. - Monitor and analyze the Web3 ecosystem for creative solutions and partnership opportunities. - Support community engagement, developer onboarding, and ecosystem growth. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Blockchain, or related field. - Experience with Layer 2 solutions, cross-chain protocols, or interoperable systems. - Knowledge of on-chain/off-chain data integration, oracles, and blockchain APIs. - Contributions to open-source blockchain/Web3 projects. - Prior experience in community engagement or developer advocacy in the blockchain space.
