Data Analyst - Business Intelligence

As a Data Analyst I Analyst - Business Intelligence at TIAA Global Capabilities, you will utilize methods and tools like Cognos, QlikView, etc. to access and explore data in order to derive valuable insights for decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business users to focus on counts, statistics, and visualization for performance improvement and strategic opportunities identification. - Enable effective data management gathered from independent transaction systems to produce differentiated market/business intelligence to support managerial decisions. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience. In this role, you will primarily focus on designing and maintaining interactive Tableau dashboards to provide real-time business insights. You will leverage SQL to extract and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns. Additionally, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and deliver actionable recommendations. Required Skills: - Advanced Tableau proficiency for dashboard and visualization development. - Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. - Experience in translating business requirements into visual solutions. Preferred Skills: - Salesforce platform experience. - CRM Analytics knowledge. You will be expected to support the Business Intelligence function through report maintenance, troubleshooting data issues, and contributing to best practices for data visualization. Your role will also involve collaborating with various teams and presenting insights to non-technical audiences effectively.
