As an Associate - Product Security Specialist at TIAA Global Capabilities, your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring the security of all products is maintained throughout the product lifecycle. - Integrating new security features and updates into existing products, and resolving integration and testing issues. Educational Requirements: - University degree preferred Work Experience: - 3+ years required; 5+ years preferred Physical Requirements: - Sedentary work Additionally, your duties will involve: - Providing engineering support for critical security systems and services such as servers, endpoint security, computer forensics, vulnerability/penetration assessment/mitigation, and security event management. - Leading the evaluation of cloud solutions compared to other hosting options. - Reviewing the feasibility of adopting external cloud-based IT platforms and infrastructure services. - Identifying areas of the organization's IT platform with potential for cloud deployment. - Facilitating the implementation of global IT strategies to enhance technology plans, operations, and procedures. - Executing vulnerability analysis and exploitation of applications, operating systems, and networks. - Designing, developing, and implementing countermeasures specific to cyber and information operations. - Resolving complex malware and intrusion issues within the system. - Acting as an internal information security consultant on standards and best practices. - Conducting testing and analysis of software systems to determine functionality and intent. - Collaborating with cybersecurity and security operation teams to improve overall security posture. - Coaching, reviewing, and delegating work to enhance the performance of lower-level professionals in IT security.
