What were looking for: Youre an experienced Product Manager with a broad skill set - driven, analytical, and strategic - with a customer focus and robust problem solving skills. Youll be responsible for our Billing platform globally. This is a very exciting time to lead our efforts and shape the vision for our business, as we complete our migration to our recent tech stack and continue to scale in multiple markets. Youll be in charge of working across the business with multiple stakeholders for a critical part of our infrastructure. Youll be joining a group of Product Managers that work within our Member Engagement Marketing (MEM) team, which is responsible for the successful engagement and retention of Tide members. Our Billing platform is at the core of ensuring members get the most value out of their Tide subscription, and youll collaborate closely with our Payments, Marketing, Data and Finance teams to make sure were billing correctly, transparently and compliantly.
