Pune, India Full-time Application and Product Development Hybrid Tieto Tech Consulting Job Description Power Platform RPA Developer Tieto Tech Consulting: We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Desktop flow RPA Developer with 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting RPA solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automation best practices, UiPath ecosystem, and a passion for streamlining business processes through intelligent automation. Key Responsibilities & Skills: 46 years of handson experience in Power Platform / RPA automation Strong experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows (approvals, exception handling, monitoring) Hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop (RPA) for web, desktop, and legacy systems Experience deploying automations across Dev / Test / Prod using solutions and ALM practices Experience integrating cloud flows with desktop flows and managing runtime environments Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP, OAuth, API keys, JSON handling) Hands-on experience with AI Builder and intelligent/document automation use cases Exposure to Copilot Studio and AI agents for conversational-to-action automation Good-to-have experience with Power Apps (Canvas Apps) and Dataverse Strong understanding of endtoend automation solution architecture and governance Experience creating PDD, SDD, test, deployment, and handover documentation Strong client interaction, communication, and stakeholder management skills with ownership of endtoend delivery Additional Information At Tieto, we believe in the power of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
