ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, ensuring optimal functionality and integration with existing systems. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Create and maintain documentation related to ServiceNow development and configuration. Perform system testing and quality assurance of ServiceNow applications. Participate in the deployment of ServiceNow updates and new features. Skills and Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration. Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with Glide API. Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog. Understanding of web services (REST/SOAP) and integrations. Knowledge of ITSM best practices and ITIL framework. Ability to write scripts and create custom applications within the ServiceNow platform. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
